About us
IMB (www.imb.de) is a research institute on the campus of the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz, Germany. It is generously funded by the Boehringer Ingelheim Foundation and the state of Rhineland-Palatinate. Our research in the Schick group focuses on the molecular mechanisms of gene regulation and chromatin organization by the BAF complex(es), using a variety of new methods and cell culture models. Causing cancer or developmental disorders, the cellular consequences of defective chromatin regulation is center of our research interest. We are looking for a student assistant (m/f/d) to support us with organizational and scientific tasks (if possible 12-19 hours per week).
